Balances for all billing applications are available in a central Cash Receipting module, allowing you to take payments efficiently. Because all modules use a standard, easy-to-learn interface, you can expand your iCity modules to create a complete, comprehensive system needed for all your municipal functions. You can also extend many of the modules with iCitizen, giving your constituents access to self-serve information and services online.

Property Taxation

Vadim's Property Taxation module produces property taxation billings, reports and account control in accordance with state and provincial requirements. This module handles all frontage taxes, improvement taxes, EDI or automated update of assessment information, interim billings, school tax reporting, tax certificates, application of all penalties, interest and other charges including mortgage companies, prepayments and property tax sale calculations. Learn more...

Utility Billing

Vadim's Utility Billing module provides a flexible billing control system for water, sewer, garbage, electricity and natural gas. It also allows for varied billing cycles; flat rate, metered or transaction input with automated pro-rating for new and/or terminated accounts. Integrated with most electronic meter reading systems, it handles both metric and imperial units of measure. Business Licenses

Vadim's Business Licenses module is designed to issue, report and track businesses operating within the municipality, including non-resident businesses. This module allows for multiple license categories per business license with full history and license status while retaining full customer invoice, payment and distribution history. Municipal Ticketing

Vadim's Municipal Ticketing module controls the issuance of parking tickets, collections, reminders, summons and warrants while retaining previous violation history. This module has a direct interface to automated, hand-held devices and license/address information, as well as various ticket issuance systems. Vadim's Building Permits module is designed to issue, report, inspect and maintain an issued permit database for properties within a municipality.
