When you call support for assistance, you can be assured that you are contacting our offices directly and our most experienced support staff are the first responders. In fact, more often than not, issues are resolved with a first response.
To ensure our clients get the most from their software investment as well as receive a timely response when contacting support, we offer regular program training. Initial training is conducted once your program is installed. As you add modules and build your tailored solution, specific module training is also offered. We continue to offer training throughout the year at client conferences, through complimentary webinars and annual complimentary year end training. In-depth paid on-site training is also available for clients who require site specific instruction.
