A Jolly Welcome to the Township of Joly

The Township of Joly, Vadim’s second smallest site using iCity, is excited to improve business processes and procedures with their new software.

October 27, 2011 Canada, BC, Kelowna – The Township of Joly, located in the Parry Sound District of Ontario, is the most recent TDL (Top-Down Logic) client to update their software with the purchase of Vadim’s iCity product.

With a population of 280 [1], Joly is Vadim’s second smallest site using iCity.

Gerry Whittington, the Township’s CAO/Clerk, expresses, “We are excited to improve business processes and procedures and just to make things simpler.”

Regarding support, Gerry says, “Although support at TDL was great, we are looking forward to the support iCity provides with a larger support team and their wide range of expertise. We see the benefit of additional availability that support will provide and the added convenience.”

There are two aspects of the software that Gerry and his staff anticipate using. “The drill down capability as well as the ability to have the accounting history at my fingertips,” Gerry says.

The Township of Joly purchased iCity General Ledger & Budgeting, Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation, Property Taxation and Cash Receipting.
